There’s always 3 sides to a story.  Your side.  My side.  And the truth.   But you only know your side.  And I only know my side. And no one can ever really know the absolute truth.

Digging around multiple sources of information will get you the closest approximation to the truth. And there in lies the value of documenting things through media,  such as writing, video and  photography.

Taryn’s lecture is kinda slow paced, esoteric and academic (as with a lot of TED lectures).  Taryn even prefaces her talk by stating 90% of her photography is spent writing letters and researching. Sounds really exciting huh?  Eh…  Its worth a look.   You’ll catch a few unique snaps in that vid.
