Pho & assorted tapas.  Mmmm.  I headed down to An Choi earlier tonight with my business partners. I ate shredded cabbage and chicken salad over prawn crackers, sliced roast pork on a Vietnamese baguette and a hearty classic beef pho with meatballs. So good.  It was great to see you again Tuan.  It’s been a while dude.  Really proud of your new venture. I’m gonna go back for seconds later on. Hopefully I catch Huy and the rest of the crew.
