The last time I was in Los Angeles, I had an epic night of costume party fun with my friend Mandy Ma, author of the pretty nerdy pretty nerd fashionista site ZipperCut.com.

As you can see, Mandy and I went as a pair of turtles. And somehow we ended up on the front page of LookAtThisFuckingHipster.Tumblr.com. That website is designed to make fun of pretentous hipster fashion sense.  But clearly we’re in costume and dressing up like idiots on purpose. Wonder why they posted us? Eh, who cares. I like it! Turtle Power!
