My good buddy, Matthew Waldman, invited me over this afternoon to check out what he’s been cooking up in his design laboratory.  Matthew is the CEO / creative director behind (the at times Kanye-blogged) design company named NOOKA.

His studio was sort of like a toy factory.  I saw a lot of products and what-nots being tinkered with.  NOOKA is mostly known for its watches, but I was surprised to see a variety of things in the works, from toys & apparel to jewelry & beauty products.  Wild stuff.

It’s been a while since we last hung out, and it was really great to catch up. On the way out, Matt gave me an awesome parting gift, a Gold ZOT BK NOOKA watch. Check it out:
